• No Guarantee of Results: The Client acknowledges that the success of services depends on various factors beyond Consultant’s control. Consultant is not responsible for the failure to achieve desired outcomes.

• Limitation of Liability: Consultant’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Consultant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business disruption.

• Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Consultant harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of the services, except where caused by Consultant’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
